Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are intact.
Download Shipping Label
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your store credit has been issued.
